Driver Eligibility: Races are open to all drivers licensed per GCR 3.1.2.C,CASC National, ICSCC, FIA, Mid-West Council, PSR Pro, SCCA Pro Waterford Hills Senior

Car Eligibility: Race cars must conform to the 2004 GCR and its amendments. The Definition of SPO, SSM, SPEC NEON, and SPU is on file with Region. Call Registrar for specifics.

Special note - new for 2004: All previous "Permanent Minor Waivers" or "Waivers on file" are void. A new Minor Waiver must be completed yearly. Minor waivers can only be signed by the Parents or Guardians and witnessed by a licensed Registrar, Steward or Notarized. All Minors attending this event as crew, guest, or worker must have The appropriate Minor Waiver signed by the parent(s), or legal guardians.
