ENTRY INFORMATION

You may register online on the NESCCA web site (see link to the left), or use the entry form:

Please see the entry form and the Supplemental Regulations for detailed information.

All entry forms must be complete, and may be returned immediately. NO INCOMPLETE ENTRY NOR ENTRY WITHOUT A TRANSPONDER NUMBER OR TRANSPONDER RENTAL FEE WILL BE ACCEPTED. They must be postmarked by June 24, 2005, to avoid late entry fees. Late entries will be accepted at Registration until 10:00 AM on Sunday, July 10, 2005. The Finger Lakes Region reserves the right to refuse any entry. Only the Race Chairperson may waive late Entry Fee. Fed-Ex, UPS and Express Mail entries will only be accepted if no signature is required for delivery.

* Both fillable-style forms. It is recommended that you SAVE these forms to your own computer (if you want to use the Word form, you MUST save it first; you cannot fill in the information in your web browser). To save to your computer, right-click on the link. Then choose Save Target As or Save As.

When you have completed the information, you can either email the form directly to the registrar, or you can print it and fax or send via traditional mail. If you email or fax, and are going to pay with a check, please print another copy to send with your payment and make a notation that you previously sent a copy of the form (e.g. "COPY - sent original form via email").

  1. You must have Microsoft Word installed on your computer to use this format.
  2. Save the file to your computer
  3. Open MS Word and open the file. Move your cursor to the NAME field, click, and start typing.
  4. Use your TAB key to move between the fields.
  5. When all the information is complete, save the file.

Group 1: T1, T2, SSB, SSC
Group 2:  FC, FF
Group 3:  SRF
Group 4:  FA, FM, S2000, CSR, DSR
Group 5:  EP, FP, GP, HP, GTLite
Group 6:  GT1, GT2, GT3, A Sedan
Group 7:  FVee, F500

Driver Eligibility: Races are open to all current SCCA Nat'l Competition license holders as per GCR 16.5.1 EXCEPT THOSE UNDER AGE 18. No 18W licenses will be honored! Drivers must be over 18.

Car Eligibility: Racecars must conform to the 2005 GCR and its amendments.
