Finger Lakes Region, SCCA - 2009 Fun One, Entry Information

No entry will be accepted without a transponder number OR transponder rental fee.
Mailed entries must be postmarked by September 10, 2009 to avoid late entry fees. Late entries will be accepted at Registration until 10 a.m. on Sunday, September 20, 2009.
A separate entry form must be completed for each driver.
Fed-Ex, UPS and Express Mail entries will only be accepted if no signature is required for delivery.

Entry fees:

Entry for the weekend (per car)	$300
One-day entry	$220

Garage rental	$80¹
Overcrew (per person)	$10
Compliance fee for SRF, FE, SM & SMT (per race)	$10
Transponder rental (donation)	$50 ²
¹ Must be paid with separate check ² $300 check deposit required upon pick up of the transponder

Cancellation requests must be received by noon Thursday, September 17, 2009.
Entries received by September 10, 2009 will be acknowledged by mail or email.
Four (4) crewmembers are allowed at no charge per entry. Additional crew charge is $10/person. Only the driver or entrant can change the names on the crew list.
Each entrant must be an SCCA member. All crew in the hot pits must be SCCA members. Weekend memberships are available at Registration. Payment of an entry fee implies temporary associate membership in the Finger Lakes Region, SCCA.

Races are open to all drivers licensed per GCR 3.1.5 and its amendments, BMW CCA Club Racing (Full Competition), FIA (issued by any sanctioning body), ICSCC (Area Conference), IMSA, Midwestern Council of Sports Car Clubs MCSCC (Full), Miller Park Racing Assoc. (MPRA)(Full Competition) NASA (Full Competition), Porsche Club of America (Full Competition), SCCA Pro Racing, Waterford Hills Road Racing Club (Full), West Canada Motorsport Assoc (Amateur), Ontario Region CASC (Regional), Confederation of Autosport Car Clubs CACC (Competition), SVRA, Historic Sportscar Racing (HSR), VARA (Full Competition), Vintage Motorsports Council (VMC) EXCEPT THOSE UNDER AGE 18. Drivers must be over 18.

This event is an SCCA Double Regional Race counting towards the NYSRRC Championship. In order to receive NYSRRC Points you must display the NYSRRC logo on both sides of your car.
