Elections – at this point everybody is running unopposed. Charlie will check with Jamie Hayslip to make sure he plans on running again.

Obtaining new charter for the region is under way and much easier than in the past.

Programs that we are running are running well. We don't have a lot of people coming up to run programs or the club. Solo had some issues getting a second chair for 2026. Rally is relaying on Jamie Hayslip and finding a race chair is difficult. No one from the region ran the time trials last year. We need help badly. How do we turn it around? We lost our rally cross program because we couldn't find anyone to chair the program, do we want to continue losing programs?

Rally - had a “Do it again” rally a couple of weeks ago. This weekend there is a training rally, using Rictha check points (Only 100 miles, mostly paved with 8 miles of gravel). January 3rd is the first winter rally, and there will be a rally every other week except Valentines Day for a total of 5 events.

STPR is getting worked on and we have a date for 2026. The event is scheduled for July 9th-11th (the weekend after the 4th). Last year the event made some money, so this will help for future growth. Three people will be going to the ARA meeting in Indianapolis (Alan Smith, Lloyd Murray and Sue Ann Carson) next Wednesday.

During the next board meeting we will be discussing annual awards. Check over the awards descriptions in last months minutes and if you have any suggestions please contact anyone on the board.
